    Wasted Appointments

During the month of May 2018, 154 patients failed to turn up to their appointments Not only is this a waste of valuable administrative resources, it also means the number of appointments available for other patients is reduced by each missed appointment that occurs. We urge you to please call the surgery as soon as possible to inform us if you are unable to attend your appointment so that it can be offered to someone else.

If you would be interested in this, please call the surgery and leave your name and if we have enough patients interested, we will contact you with the details. We look forward to hearing from you!

We have changed our appointments system!

You said so we did..... We now offer a fully pre-bookable appointments system, both on the phone and on-line. Appointments can be pre-booked anything from 2 days to 28 days in advance. Further appointments are made available to pre-book at various times during the week. We are trying to encourage our patients to always pre-book whenever they can to try and reduce the waiting times on the telephone and to discourage patients to queue at the desk at 8am and 2pm, to try and get a same day appointment. Our aim is to always be able to offer an appointment to be seen within 2 weeks. Please see one of our Receptionists for log on details to register for our on-line booking service.
