Bereavement

In times of bereavement

If somebody dies either at home or in a hospital, it is obviously a difficult and traumatic time for everybody close to them. Unfortunately, at this time there are a lot of important things that need to be done: obtaining a death certificate, registering the death, etc. Many people find dealing with these unfamiliar legal responsibilities at such a difficult time can be upsetting and confusing. To help with this, we have prepared an information pack with advice on what needs to be done. Please ask if you would like a copy. If you need more advice on what to do at this time, either the doctor or your undertaker may be able to help.
