A PCN (Primary Care Network) is a group of GP practices who work together to focus on local patient care. PCNs were first introduced in 2019, and now 99% of GP practices are part of one. By collaborating and sharing resources, the PCN is better equipped to meet the healthcare requirements of the patients under each practice’s care.
